Kalona Trip, Iowa

There were four couples that went on a trip to Kalona, Iowa.  Elder & Sister Ballard, Elder & Sister Jenson, Elder & Sister Duncan, and Elder & Sister Harris that traveled in the Harris' car. It took us about 2 hours.  It was so fun to be with these couples.  We went on a bus tour around the country sight, to see the Amish people.

 We had a cold rainy day to do the tour but the tour was great!!!  As we arrived we went inside and waited for the man with the tour bus.

Here is the Tour Bus that took us around the Country side.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           They had this beautiful quilt that was being raffled off inside the building.   I took a picture so I could see how it was made but it is hard to see the detail, but is in my favorite color, blues---Beautiful Quilt.
